P&G received this one star because it wouldn't let me post without a rating. First their hours say open at 7am (No) 1 hour service(No) and when I came to pick up my one jacket to be press only it wasn't ready. So what rating would you give them?
I have used this cleaner in the past and clothes were neat & clean. However, my experience today was saddening. Arrived before their 7am opening time and waited till 7:10, no one arrived to open store. Went back at 8am and asked for 1hr service which is posted in large letters on their building. Was told it would be 2.5 hrs before my items would be ready. I had planned to use this cleaner because of the 1hr service. This caused a serious delay as I was trying to juggle work and a funeral.
Really great people running this place - always very kind and accommodating. Went here to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and they did a great job!
Owners are friendly and accommodating, great job on the cleaning, and prices are reasonable... I've been going here for more than 15 years... A++++
