We have never used this company before. Chase was very courteous and explained the process and how they differ from other carpet cleaning companies. The results were amazing and even got stains outs that we never thought would happen. He kept me in the loop of everything that he was doing. He was just as excited to show me the results as I was. Very pleasant experience.

I love Zerorez! They are so professional, on time and are amazing at getting stains out. They are very honest about what you can expect with stain removals but have always exceeded those expectations. As long as they are around they will be my team for anything carpet/ upholstery cleaning related.

Matt did an excellent job! Our carpets look brand new! He was able to show us, with a special light, some spots that our dog had accidents. We had those spots treated. This was our first time using this company and we are so pleased. We highly recommend them!

Scheduling online with Zerorez was fast and easy and follow up to confirm was quick. When the tech arrived he went over pricing and services before starting work. Once he was finished he walked us through the rooms letting us know what was done and any special instructions. Overall the tech was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. The carpets took a little longer to dry than expected, but it was humid which did not help. I'm back to enjoying vacuuming my beautiful, clean carpets.
