I got excellent service at a fair price from Rob's Carpet Cleaning service. And I felt comfortable having their technician, Titus, in my home because Titus takes precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19 seriously. He showed up wearing a face & nose covering and wore it the whole time he was in my home. He was personable & professional, and worked hard to remove the pet stains left by our dog. My carpets look new again!
Titus was spectacular he showed up prompt! He did a spectacular job we have 2 cats and my husband's a painter so there was a couple stains but Titus was able to get them up no problem. He was so nice and outgoing it was definitely refreshing to have such excellent customer service! I definitely would recommend 100%
This is my 3rd time using Rob's Carpet cleaning and I've been pleased with the results every time. Rob arrives on time, walks the house to note problem areas and is incredibly efficient. Titus from Rob’s Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpet in my motorhome and the result was excellent. The carpet looks and smells great. Titus was professional and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
First time using Rob's Carpet Cleaning today and am happy we went with them! We have two dogs so we decided to add the pet treatment. Our carpets now look and smell great! We had a couple stains that are now gone. Titus, our technician, walked us through the whole process and was very informative and answered any questions we had. Will definitely call them again when our carpets need a freshen up!
