Quick, thorough, no soap, love the results. Carpets on stairs, bedrooms, and upstairs hall all turned out great. Topical treatment of pet spots great as well. Reasonably priced. Professional and curtious employee. Reminder call gave very specific time frame.
We are thrilled with our newly cleaned carpets! The person who cleaned them was so friendly and explained everything well. She was able to remove nearly every stain, and the carpet now looks close to new! We were looking for a place that didn’t use chemicals and were so happy to find Zerorez! I was extremely happy with the service. Our carpet is old' it's lived through kids grandkids and pets. Marcus did a fantastic job getting out the dirt and old pet stains. I'm so happy my carpet looks like a brand new carpet! I will definitely use them again . Thank you so much!
The service tech was friendly, and gave me several options to choose from to achieve my desired goal which was mainly to remove pet stains from my carpets and clean high traffic areas. He was thorough, and did a great job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Zerorez. My carpets look like new and my house smells so good.
Very professional and knowledgeable! Made easy, quick work out of cleaning dirty carpets that 3 dogs have occupied. I really appreciated how professional the guys were with keeping a six foot distance and wearing their proper PPE too! Honestly expected double the price, but it didn’t break the bank at all. We will definitely be utilizing this company again
