The good: they have decent inventory and designs.nnThe bad: post sale service is lousy. If you are dissatisfied with anything at all they just try to upsale you some kind of extended service. And as soon as the sales people realize you aren't there to buy something new, they instantly start treating you different. I went to two different sales people for the same issue and had similar experiences, so this an issue for the store, not just one bad sales person. I would guess a terrible commission structure.

Tiffany was so helpful when the center diamond of my engagement ring came loose, got it fixed and back to me in half the time I was quoted. When I went to pick it up the girl at the desk again was so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Fred Meyers has the best insurance program for jewelry around. I bought an engagement ring with 1/2 carat diamond that is insured against loss of the diamond, damage, and they will replace the diamond if it is ever lost. The only thing it does not cover is if you lose the entire ring.nIf you find this review helpful please, LIKE IT!
