I have been a customer at Ace Buyers for 20+ years. Ace buyers stores are clean, organized and well lit, friendly staff, knowledgeable and thorough when buying merchandise. Their pricing is good, merchandise is clean and good quality lightly used items. They also test things when they buy them and as well as when they are sold. It is a very family friendly environment. Kids are welcome and love to look for a treasure. They have gorgeous jewelry that is always cleaned, polished etc. I cannot imagine paying full price for jewelry.nnI know most of the stores have LAYAWAY....YES LAYAWAY!!! Who does that anymore? It’s awesome! Today I put something on layaway, I’m so excited!! When it comes to retail.....particularly 2nd hand. I never hesitate to send any friend or stranger to these stores. My experience with Ace Buyers has always been pleasant. They have great customer service, fair prices, and have always taken very good care of my items in pawn. Whenever i have needed a little extra time getting my pawn paid, they have always been accommodating and understanding. They are the only pawn shop I will do business with. Its an outstanding company, i highly recommend them.

Very personable, friendly, and pretty intelligent on the items.I thought it good that they use chain of command one of the employees who they were good items but pass the responsibility onto his boss to make sure let things were right. That's good training. Good pawn shop

I felt the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was able to find what I wanted and complete all necessary paperwork quickly. The prices were extremely reasonable and made my first experience with Ace pleasant, memorable, and I will definitely return.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sell. They sell a wide variety of stuff from dvds to firearms. Everything looks new or lightly used. I bought a nice lawnmower from them and it works great. I have also had to get loans on items from them and always am treated with respect. I will definitely refer my friends to this store.
