I went in to open a new checking account. Immediately refused to take my id. Or mail that i brought in. I went home and got another piece of mail that was acceptable. Gave them my info. And they sent me into an empty lobby area without even any chairs. 8 or 9 minutes and 2 customers later. Employees we're still just standing around and nobody even acknowledging me. Bummer cause this bank is very close to home and I was looking to change banks. Guess I'll keep looking.

I was at First Tech before SELCO and I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied with a financial institution. I had heard great things about SELCO. I decided to change to SELCO. I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received and I have been a client for 7 plus years I have never had a negative experience. I encourage everyone to change to SELCOnCommunity Credit Union.

Selco has my motorhome loan, my insurance lapsed and instead of calling me or notifying me they added 12k to my premium and 900 a month to my billing. Total BS

With the help of Scott Hirschhorn I was able to purchase my first home. Scott made this process so easy from 2 hours away it was amazing. We were able to make everything happen so seamlessly that I don't understand the stress people talk about to get a home loan. There was even a call at closing just to say congratulations from Scott. He is so kind, caring, professional, organized, timely, and always there to answer the phone or e-mail. Thank you Scott and Selco!! I couldn't have done it with out you.
