This company and this spot especially, is top notch!nI got a phone call from my agent to just check in with my family and if there was anything they could do for us. Like, I truly feel if we were in some kind of pickle, she would have genuinely tried to help.nWhen it comes to these big commercial companies I usually just assume I am an invisible face, so it was refreshing to see that they actually care.nIt's a big reason they aren't just my car insurance company.
They traffic with telemarketers. That is to say, I was cold called yesterday, and today these guys called me up with the phony name I gave the telemarketers. Don't do business with them, find another State Farm Office that refuses to traffic with telemarketers. Unless, of course, you like telemarketers.
I've been a client since 2008, and the service has always been outstanding. Most recently Brenda has been very helpful with my home and auto needs. A great place to do business!
Love these guys. Always take care stuff right away. Someone greets you every time. Super friendly.
Garbage agency. Kicked me off plan after my family has been with them for years, and in the same week they kicked me off auto insurance, attempted to sell me renters insurance. These people have no respect for their customers and only see $$$$. Do not recommend.
