I am so very pleased with American Family. They insured my car for years and then my life. Seven years ago I bought a new home and when my agent, Monica, came to inspect the prospective home, she hugged me and told me it was a perfect home for me. I can't even say how much I appreciate the very personal relationship I have with my agent and how special she made me feel for knowing me so well.nThe year after I bought my home, there was an ice storm that damaged my car and my roof. Monica, her staff and all the folks at American Family helped make sure that all was fixed in a timely manner and I even got to use my own contractors. I have had a few other issues that I needed them for and they are always quick to answer my call and help me care for my needs.

I have been a loyal customer of the Monica Smith Agency for at minimum 9 years. Monica and her staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. I receive calls every few months with offers to review my policies and there is never any pressure to purchase. Monica always ensures that her clients have a good understanding of what their insurance coverage/policies provide for the policy holder. American Family handled my accident claim, and the claim of the other party with fast and efficient service and explained all of the costs associated with the damage repairs outside of the deductible. The staff (and Monica) respond quickly to inquiries in regards to questions and inquiries and handle billing issues and concerns quickly and efficiently. It's hard to find good customer service these days, this is why I will remain a loyal customer with The Monica Smith Agency through American Family.

Monica Smith is amazing and what she does. She is a real person with real feelings and really cares about her customers as they are her family. Monica never sells me anything I don't need for my family. Monica is always making sure I am covered accordingly every year when we meet to go over my polices. Monica always makes sure I am getting all the discounts my family qualifies for. Monica's office is always so warm and welcoming.
