I love Everything from the maxwell to the strawberry shortcake. This place is so amazing! Great service as well!

Very disappointed in our order at Portillo's. They put hot peppers on the cheesy beef and we asked for NO peppers. Sandwich was cold and the cheese was unmelted. Onion rings where like mush.

Thus, this merchant is not friendly to all people. If you're of color ‘Black’ and speaks with native tones you’ll want to think twice. Customers service is very poor; especially when it is coming from management level. This place can only exist in places Greenwood, Indiana. Where Diversity is limited. When I enter the look was like you are not welcome. The food is not all that. On the other hand, the associates are unprofessional. If you are reading this, I suggest trying Fishers,IN location.
