My mom placed a order today for $28.49 and drove 30 minutes to get her pizza ... upon getting home she opened the pizza and her pizza was wrong ud83dude11 She called and told the lady on the phone that her order was wrong and she lives over 30 minutes away could they void or credit her account . She ordered a supreme pizza and got a veggie. She got hung up on twice by the young lady that said she was ( the owner) and when she called back to get a corporate # or owners name the young man said he couldn’t give it out as well and was hung up on... needles to say $30 later and horrible customer service exp we are out dinner and $30.00 .. taking my business elsewhere .... this review doesn’t deserve a star ⭐ufe0f

I asked to have 2 pizza's delivered to the front desk of St. Francis Hospital and the manager stated they do not deliver to the hospital due to COVID. Delivery entails entering the hospitals main entrance and dropping it off to the front desk, all who are wearing mask. The delivery person has a much greater chance of COVID exposure walking up to a household front door... Blind ignorance. BTW These pizza's were intended for the floor nurses working tirelessly through the night. Great job Jack's!nnResponse: Everyone's safety? Again, blind ignorance. You're going to tell me that it's less safe to deliver to a hospital's main entrance, where everyone is masked, sanitized, and practicing safe distancing, than it is to deliver to a residence/apartment door where the home owner may or may not have a mask and is within arms length of your deliverer? Head out of the sand.

Worst experience ever from this place. My initial call in order was met with yelling and background noise so loud that the employee couldn't hear me. I ordered 3 pies and each was just a little bit worse the previous. The toppings very sparse including the sauce and cheese. I will spend fifty dollars elsewhere. Not going back.

I don’t understand how a pizza place delivers cold and uncut pizza and think it’s ok!!! The staff is so rude and could care less or want to question you as if your lying!!!!
