I went to the office on S. Madison in Indianapolis today. I have been going to this office for many years. I'm moving out of state, so I went to stop my services. I have read all the comments and I want to put down my comments.nIn the many times I've been there, I have always been treated respectfully. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. I've never had the hours long waits that happen at some government offices. They have always carefully explained anything I needed to know to complete or gather the information they need. I think we must remember that the government makes the rules that they must follow to help us as much as they can. The paperwork and rules they must follow are quite complex and detailed. The detail required is so important to assure we get whatever assistance we qualify for. I think we need to be thankful, patient, and respectful for all these hardworking staff. Thank you to all the staff at the FSSA office on S. Madison.

Very horrible service and not helpful peoples. I am so disappointed. Their salaries is coming from our taxes . They shouldn’t to forget about that. Their task is to help the peoples. Not to make unnecessary suffering. I am wondering do they have any idea ! case of their delaying , how many peoples would be living in so hard ! and suffering hunger. They don’t care at all.

Rudest, most ignorant customer service! Reps do not know the answers to to your questions. You get a different answer everytime you speak to someone.nThey speak in the most hateful tone to you. If just one rep could be of help, you wouldn't have to call over and over. No wonder you get a recording stating call volume is higher than normal!nAbsolutely rediculous to be treated in such a manner.
