Reviews
The West Washington Trustees office by the fire station turns me down everytime....they olny help VETERANS and WOMEN that have CHILDREN. They don't help regular working people, who need a little help when things are down. You are punished and looked down on if you have a job and told stop being lazy and given a full screening beacuse they think your hiding something. The reception is rude and the office staff is horrible. They act like they are better than you and that they're doing you a favor when you're the one that need a little help and we pay taxes TOO. They also schedule your appointments in the middle of the day when you have to work so you will miss it..Thanks for nothing you guys are useless just shutdown turn your back on hard working Americans. One day you will need help and your family's too will know how it feels to be turned away.
These people here are not trying to help anyone. They don't care about people or what they are going through. They are so disrespectful and are happy they don't have to deal with you. I'm definitely reporting my findings of the staff at this location.
