I was in a custody battle for my son so I hired Melissa. She is very attentive and detailed. She also is very flexible with payment plans. I recommend anyone looking for an attorney to give her a shot and her team. They will do all they can to make sure you have a fair chance for what your going for. In all I was able to get joint custody of my son because of her.

Hands down the best group of lawyers. I have used several other lawyers for my high conflict case and nothing really changed. I was told by so many others it would be years to gain any headway and I spent so much money for NOTHING! This group of lawyers got me my life back and they achieved it in a matter of months. I’m so thankful and grateful for all they have done for me and my son.

I was needing a family attorney because I had temporary custody of my son, and my sons mom got an attorney to get my son, I was searching reviews on lawyers and stumble across reviews for Melissa, I didn’t know what type of attorney my son’s mom had, and I wasn’t taken any chances. I needed a bulldog in the court room, and not afraid to take action. I not only got full custody of my son, but he’s mom pays me child support and back support, I got what I wanted my son and money to care for him. I was beyond excited and grateful to Melissa, and everyone at the office especially Chelsea as well. They kept me informed and updated on everything. I could have chose other attorneys, however I doubt I would have gotten the satisfaction I have now.

Mr Phillips never responds back, to emails, calls, or letters! Been stringing us along for a year now, all he would answer to was when it was about money. Most of the time it was his paralegal that would respond to an email. Totally unprofessional, only for your money not the outcome. Lazy! Been dragging his feet for the last 11 months because he is afraid to proceed! When I hired a new lawyer, he refused to give me my husbands file. Would never in a million years recommend him or the company since they employ him! Let me add that 3 months of that was our fault, before they get on her trying to trash talk me like they have done everyone else on here, and like they just did while I was in the office! Last time I checked you do not talk to people the way I was just talked to! Very distasteful and unprofessional to say the least!nn*Definitely not untrue! And when I would get a response it was from his paralegal! I as well have all my emails sent and received! And the majority of the reviews are from his paralegal! Any time I called I got spun, “he is out of the office” “he is in mediation” ! And I’m not “the client” but if I’m not mistaken I was the one paying you, I was the one getting all the records for you, and My NEW Lawyer is the one who sent me! I had my husband on the phone he refused to talk to him! I never caused a scene, had I caused a scene you definitely would have known! Mr Phillips doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect! Never once did I get disrespectful, just disrespected!
