BUYER BEWARE! We filed bankruptcy 2016- following everything they told us to do- dotting every I and crossing every T. And, now in 2020 the TRUSTEE is telling us we owe another $3,000.00 immediately or our bankruptcy will be reversed. We have been dealing with this bankruptcy every year since we filed in 2016. I don't know why we paid the $1350.00 for the attny if we have to continually keep making payments. This has been a continual headache. GET A ATTNY THAT YOU CAN FILE AND BE DONE, SO THAT YOU CAN MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE!! They want you to do the work (ie call the trustee to set up payments, ask questions, get info- and then the trustee tells you they can't talk to you- that they will only talk to your lawyer- deep sigh). #frustrated #tired #broke

Very experienced great attorneys.nI have worked with Rob mostly, but both guys are very helpful as well as the administrative staff.nThey will help you through the process and it will be as painless as possible.nMy wife has Multiple Sclerosis and the medical bills have had a lot of negative on our financial situation.nThis will give you a fresh start. Bait and switch on the price after you sign it's like an extra $450 and ends up the same price as Peter Francis Geraci who will tell you the cost up front without weird fees. Also, the office doesn't seem to communicate well between it's parts. Better off just to go to a real lawyer office with a big name than to cheap out and pay the same price anyhow.
