The WORST costomer service I've dealt with in a long time. The lady I spoke with was Annette she was very very rude and condisending. She would barely let me speak, then off the batt she's telling me I don't have the correct information but wouldn't let me talk to tell her the information I had. Finally, after having enough of her attitude I had to talk over her to tell her a permit # (that she said I didn't have) then she realized I DID have all the correct information. She then started making excuses that it was the "new computer system" that confused her, though she never apologized. The new computer system was NOT the cause of her terrible rude attitude. Needless to say, I didn't get the help I needed and fortunately got it from someone more helpful. Someone needs to have a serious talk with her about her costomer service. My young children have better manners. I am still considering making a formal complaint.. Sincerely~ Annie Roper

Very helpful phone support and pleasant music to listen to while on hold. Was on hold a bit long but as soon as personnel returned she apologized for the wait and gave me the information I was seeking.
