I've been going there for a few years and I'm finally fed up enough to find another kidney specialist in Indiana. Horrible scheduling department. They hardly ever schedule you when you first call, they make you leave a voicemail and then call you back, which is difficult to answer when you work. When I was trying to schedule a followup in 2016 it took me like 3 days of phone tag to get scheduled. All receptionists I've spoken to have been rude. And it's difficult to switch doctors/locations in the practice. The first doctor I saw made me feel VERY uncomfortable and made some comments to me that I felt were inappropriate.

Sitting here almost an hour and finally go up to the desk to ask why everyone else in the waiting room has been called and get four women to answer in unison oh we are waiting for a room to open. Their response made no sense to.
