IU Health Physicians Cardiology - Epler Parke

I went with my mom for her appointment. We were told that they don’t have anything schedule for her. It was her second time rescheduling already. The front office lady said the doctor has seen too many patients on that day. My mom is diagnosed with cancer. It was already too risky for her to go outside especially with all this virus going on. We heard everywhere to be extra careful with people with illness. They just let us turn back. What happened to their management? I was so frustrated that I couldn’t say back anything.

I love this office! My son and I both have gone here for more than 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. The office staff are always friendly and professional. They have always been quick to squeeze us in same day when needed. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back to see the doctor. If you are looking for an awesome pediatrician Dr. Porter is the best!

I had a great experience! The staff was very helpful, nice, and professional. The doctor I saw was very understanding and reasonable, and also took the time to get to know me and my health concerns and help set me on a path to better health.

The staff here know what they are doing and are all very professional. I hve seen 2 doctors in this facility and they both were very informative, attentive and seemed to genuinely care. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because of how much it costs.

I had my second apt within a year with Dr. Bowles. The first time I waited over 30 minutes. Today I sat there for over 45 minutes then gave up. In the process of finding a new doctor. Wonder why doctors think their time is more important than a patients. Unacceptable!
