I called the office with a non life threatening issue, I received a call back within one day which I can understand because it is a very busy office. Havent actually seen her but have talked to staff and if she is half as caring and knowledgeable as they are then I think I found the right place. Have really bad spinal issues going back almost 10 years and the staff has been so helpful in describing what to expect when being treated by dr Ferrell.
