I took my toddler here for his first visit to the dentist. He's 23-months-old, and I wish I had taken him when he was younger (his pediatrician recommended going when he turned 1-year-old). Friendly front office staff, and the dental staff are great with kids! He cried during the exam and cleaning, and they were not flustered, but remained very kind and pressed on gently. He had to get x-rays to confirm there were no cavities, and this was his least-favorite part, but the staff did an amazing job and made it as quick and easy as possible. I have a feeling his next exam here will be even better.

Place is a joke! Staff are far from professional. Almost as if we aren’t supposed to be there. I took my two toddlers for only a cleaning, over half an hour after our scheduled app to even be in a room, just for them to tell me they have to squeeze my kids in one room or one has to be alone without my supervision. So their dad comes to sit with one and they tell me no adult is allowed in that area. I walk out to the front to tell a staff member I’ll sit here while the father goes back and she tells me I need to stop walking around. LOL needless to say we left. We will never go back. My kids felt incredibly uncomfortable and it’s a shame their director let this happen.

My 2 year old son was taken in today by his mother and grandmother to have some teeth pulled and seeing about caps. They pulled 4 teeth but when they started they wrapped him up tight held his head down and just injected numbing agent which has traumatized him. (Understandable). But they told his mother to sitdown and not say anything or shed be kicked out of the room very ruley. Dont go here. We are going somewhere else for our kids for now on.

Went in for a cleaning after putting it off for 3 years. I had my teeth cleaned, and was informed I had a cavity. They were able to bring be back and fill it same day. Prompt, excellent service. Shout out to Tiersa! She was a doll! Excellent service. I’ve had very bad experiences at dentists before and she made my experience comforting & easy! Thanks !
