I had a lot of anxiety around needing to get dentures, like how long it would take and what they would look like. My oral surgeon referred me to Dr. Noble and it was the best recommendation I could have asked for. Dr. Noble was very professional and matter of fact in her delivery when explaining the denture process from start to finish, there are many steps involved. She was honest about incidents where it may take longer to achieve the perfect fit and some of those situations did play out. What really blew me away about her was how meticulous and detail oriented she was in creating the dentures as well as perfecting the fit. The care she put into it was if she was making them for herself. Dr. Noble indeed is an expert at all things related to dentures and I highly recommend going to her for this service. You will be in good hands. I'd like to add that her staff was friendly and outgoing.
My husband is a patient here, and he has always had nothing but great things to say about the staff and dr. I decided to start coming to this practice as well so we could just have one family dentist that we see. Dr. Noble introduced herself, and told me she was excited to finally meet me after hearing about me through my husband, and she asked me all about my new baby. I am just so confused to read a review that stated she was anything but personable. She was extremely personable, caring, and kind. The assistant I had was Chelsey, and she was as sweet as can be. I see why my husband has stayed with this dental office, and I look forward to the day that my 3-month-old is old enough to see Dr. Noble + her staff as well.
Writing this review a few years after my visit. They had to attempt to numb me 4 times, maybe 5 but I can’t remember. They would give me the shot and I wasn’t numb AT ALL. I don’t know if I got a newer nurse or what, but when I was getting my cavities filled I felt everything and it was awful. Haven’t been to the dentist since because I’ve been scared. Went to a new dentist today and found out my fillings were put in improperly which is why I’ve had so much pain.
HORRIBLE ud83dudc4e Dr. Allison Noble experience. All of the other staff deserve 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐nBased on my experience within afew interactions Dr. Noble does Not need to be working with people! She has no people skills! She is very matter of fact about not caring. She's way too used to dealing primarily with the CHIN population where she doesn't really have to establish any kind of relationship. She has way too much power and has no care for any aspect that should be important to her patient's life (job, waiting, scheduling, waiting, denying). She took over this business from a great doctor whom retired. he was the reason why I returned to Jamestown dental. She really needs to change the name because she gave it a bad reputation.
I make my appointment here but couldn’t make it for family emergency so I call to reschedule it again but this lady got mad at me for not making it and told me to call again the next day so I did but she changing the day and kept telling me to call again and again..I felt like I am being play. Such a bad customer service
