I like this station because the manager, Ari, is particularly pleasant and is so happy that he makes me want to go there. I've never seen him unhappy and he always seems so caring. Inside store doesn't have a lot of items and they have a high markup, but he does carry Jack Links regular beef jerky in 2 sizes, which isn't available at the next door station...my dog's favorite. Gas cost is lower, too, so that's worth it if I can't go to the cheaper stations in Springfield.
The guy working was sitting inside and he did not look busy at all, yet he left me sitting outside waiting. After a few minutes he looked out the window at me and then simply turned back around to continue what he was doing. I didn't wait around for much more than another minute or two since he obviously wasn't planning on doing his job. There was absolutely no one else there and it was within business hours. I've never had such horrible service at a gas station. So I simply went next door to Shell and received wonderful customer service :) I'll stick with Shell.
They didn't have no power either so I couldn't get gas
Ali was the most amazing attendant, not only great service, but super happy and cheerful. Quite possibly my favorite fueling experience ever!
It have to pay inside first.
