If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in there yesterday to get a balayage in my hair and my hair has a greenish, orangish tint to it and looks like half of my hair was dipped in the bleach. It looks exactly like those horror balayage people dread not to get. Now I am trying to find someone to fix it but I am scared I wont find anyone. The hairdressers name is Luisa and she kept making comments about how it looked so good but I saw her face as soon as she washed it when she knew she had messed up my hair completely. Then she directed her daughter to complete my hair who was completely unexperienced while she did another lady hair and spent 3 hours. I am only writing this review so others dont make the same mistake I did to go to these unexperienced hair dressers. I was still charged full price and only paid cause I am not the confrontational kind to cause a scene.
