This is the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. I recently switched insurance and noticed that my medication was going to be significantly less at Rx for Less than at CVS or Kroger, so I called to transfer my prescription to them. Despite my provider totally dropping the ball on providing the requested prior authorization, AJ and Ann were persistent in checking in with my provider and with me and made sure I got my medication as quickly as possible. Great individualized care and attention and super friendly people. It's a level of customer service that reminds me of the family-owned pharmacy that my parents went to in my tiny hometown 20 years ago - the kind where you just know they actually care.

I recently switched from a large chain pharmacy to RX for Less because I wanted to support a local family business. The pharmacy is so home like and cozy. The pharmacists are friendly, pleasant and always willing to go out of their way to help. They even deliver! What more could you possibly ask for? Did I mention funny too?! I’ll take pleasantries and compassion over a big name pharmacy any day!
