Since the website does not have a way to share complaints privately, I’m putting mine out there... Every single time I go to the smoothie king on the east side of Indianapolis in Lawrence, the same lady working the drivethru isn’t wearing a mask! In fact I’ve seen her working many times and have NEVER seen her wear a mask!! Also, I sat in the drivethru waiting for 40 minutes on Friday!! They have messed up my order and over charged me many times. I’m so tired of it, but I can overlook mistakes and long wait times... WEAR A MASK!!!!! Chin harnesses do not count!!!
1st timer...very slow in the drive thru but my son told me it's worth it and this wasn't normal at other locations he had been to. Customer service on point. Smoothies were SO good. It was worth it.

Always a great experience. Most of the times, there is a very long line. However, the employees are quick and efficient. The line moves quickly and they have never messed up an order of mine. Highly recommend.
