You need to put more helpful information out for the people in your area! A schedule showing garbage pick up would be one thing that would be nice! Instead of wasting paper and sending flyers in your bills, just put info on here!

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. Anytime I need to call or come in, I am ignored until they are finished working on what they are working on and when they do come to talk with me, they are very rude and short with me. This has been some of the most consistently bad customer service I have ever experienced. My dad just had to set up service at his new home and it was the same thing. They were extremely rude to him. If we didn't have to work with them, we would not.

Yes, they treat people however they want to. These are some of the rudest people I have dealt with in customer service. Lawncare township water is never clean and more expensive that Indianapolis water. I wish we could be on City water like we are on City gas. The prices for this water is ridiculous and the idea they are always cleaning the drains...

It's the holidays, so it more trash than usual. All the trash didn't fit inside trash can so I put the empty boxes in a big bag (just like last year). It wasn't picked up this year. Called and was told that we have to purchase a $2 red tag from their office. Every year around this time I never had an issue with putting extra in a bag for then to pick up (around holidays). I find it extremely lazy, not to pick up trash on the side! I pay my bill on time so bill me if you have to, but just leaving it there is ridiculous. Lawrence utilities sucks!
