Just poor, poor, poor service and extremely rude for no reason! Its true I ask a lot of questions everywhere I go and no 1 seems to have a problem except for these people. Who doesn't have questions when they're trying to handle their business? Why go to work if you don't really want to work? Now if they were replaced with employees that are actually helpful that would be a great start!
I have called several times a day and by the way it looks every time I call the call is being rejected! I been wanting to make a appointment in this office but the lady that I spoke to said there only doing appointments to people who are dying. Very poor customer service these people seem not to care about there job or anybody being human! They only care for people who aré dying! They are so nice! As to what I heard wish I could of recorded so it would of gone viral next time I call I will record!! This needs immediate attention
I don’t understand how someone who IS SUPPOSED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO CONDUCT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT COMPLY!!
They don’t answer you and hang up on you after spending hours and hours hearing their waitlists music. Not helpful at all. Don’t care about people’s time and issues.
