This is a very nice cleaners. The owners seem genuine. My only complaint is they don't clean leather from what I was told by employee. Keep up the great work though guys !!! Also Victoria is one of the most professional people I have met in a long time. Emma should be glad that she has this young lady at this company. Keep up the great customer service Victoria !!!!

What started out as a bad experience was quickly resolved by the owners. They seem to be very involved and motivated to solve any issues you may have. That alone, is enough to keep my business. Should also mention they did an amazing job cleaning a comforter... Like really good.

Zips is a good dry cleaning service. The manager Victoria, has excellent customer service skills and always happy to help with a cheerful smile!

I love Zips dry cleaners! Every time I drop off/pick up I have an outstanding experience. All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating. I always get my clothes on time. I love how clean, organized, and efficient this place is. Over the weekend I emailed them bc I forgot to drop off and needed clothes back ASAP Monday, before the normal promised tome. I didn’t expect to hear back but I did get a response from Larry telling me to drop off before 9 am or drop box and they can get back to me at the time I needed, no extra charge. I came in after 8 am and explained to an employee and she took my clothes without question and promised to get it done. I was very impressed.

Staff is ALWAYS welcoming, the Dry Cleaning quality and turn around is excellent AND THE PRICES KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF! Excellent!
