I have used Starcrest on a weekly basis for the last year. I've always been very happy with the quality of their work as well as their customer service. It's easy to give great customer service to a happy customer, but the true test is how a business handles an issue when things have gone wrong. Starcrest recently cleaned a pair of very costly white dress pants and somehow they came out of the cleaning pink. I don't think there was any negligence on their part. They were completely stumped as to how it could have happened. I was able to speak with Bill, the general manager about the issue and he did everything he could to correct the problem. In the end, they sent me a check for the cost of the pants and I was able to replace them. I am completely impressed with the way they do business and I will continue to use their services.

I recently lost my younger brother due to a ud83dude9b accident. I went to 4 places and called 4 others in the area before reaching out the Starcrest at the last minute before having to leave town for the funeral. The manager (Bill) worked with me late on a Friday afternoon and told me if I could get the dress pants and shirt up to him, he would make all necessary preparations to get them back to me before having to head out of town. I dropped my clothes off at 3pm on Friday and Bill text me at 9am and said they were finished. The generosity this company provided me during my difficult time and the dedication of Bill to try and make this process as painless as possible will be the reason Starcrest Cleaners off lantern and 96th will forever have my business. I had them dry clean a suit. They pressed my dress slacks with the crease going down the sides of my pants and not the front. Seriously? I was not able to wear my suit at the wedding.
