I love this company. I had a large bag of clothes that needed laundered and pressed. The communication was excellent they called me and let me know about a few items that had spots that were hard to remove. The actual service was great as well. Had my coat cleaned since its getting cold. All was well
I had my sons suit dry cleaned at classic cleaners and it came back looking cleaner and more crisp than the other cleaner I took it to, great service thank you very much great service from the cashier and the person working that day also she's amazing!
I had a one year old designer brand blouse dry cleaned for the first time at Classic Cleaners. The blouse had been successfully dry cleaned multiple times in the past by other vendors. Classic cleaners ruined the blouse. The red color bled onto the white trim. The store manager showed me the problem when I picked up my order. Unfortunately Classic Cleaners would not accept any financial responsibility for the poor outcome. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in managing a customer service issue. I would not recommend trusting any of your fine garments to the care of Classic Cleaners. They do not back their services with any guarantees.
