My wife and her family has gone to the south bend location and never had any issues up there. This location is another story. Not only did they lose track of the custom ring I had made when they were re-coating it (white Gold fades over time) but every time we have gone in we have not been treated very well or helped out. When you are looking to spend a good chunk of money on some jewelry you want to feel confident in the staff.
I am very impressed, This was my fiance and i first time at Rogers & Hollands and i must say the service including the different selection of jewelry was perfect. For me it was like getting the bang for my bucks if i had a choice i would give them a 10 stars across the board, im we definitely going back.
I wish I could put no stars on this place is just crazy how a multimillion-dollar business orders pizza delivered to their place inside the mall and they don't even give the delivery driver $0.01 as a tip that place is a joke
