Stacie B. at Shane Co. made our engagement ring shopping experience incredibly happy and memorable. We spent nearly 4 hours in the store looking at and trying on rings! Not one time did she become frustrated and never rushed us. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, all while educating us on selecting the perfect diamond. We had a great day and our experience and memories made that day will always be special!nShe has remained extremely helpful months after we purchased our rings and has always made sure we are taken care of each time we are in the store. We will always come to Shane Co. for our jewelry needs!

My boyfriend and I went here to start getting an idea of engagement rings and they were so beyond helpful! There was a little bit of a wait, so I’d recommend making an appointment if you plan on going during the weekend! They also have someone taking your temperature when you walk in, so we felt very safe with COVID. We worked with Rayna and she was so kind and helpful! I wasn’t sure what I would like except for shape and metal type. Rayna helped us narrow it down and never got frustrated when I changed my mind on things! She helped us put together the perfect ring and educated us as we went! We also didn’t feel pressured to buy something out of budget or to make a decision same day! Rayna also took my boyfriend away once we had a good idea of what I was wanting to talk about timeline and whatnot, which was nice so that no surprises were ruined! We had no prior knowledge of ring shopping and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!

My husband and I are 100% loyal to Shane Co. for our wedding rings. My husband loved his experience picking picking out my engagement ring and we both got our wedding bands there as well. We have always gotten great customer service without feeling pressure to buy. I just got my wedding ring upgraded and it is so beautiful! The associate, Tom, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He educated us on the diamonds and provided a relaxed shopping experience. The quality is excellent and the associates always make the customers feel valued.

I’ve ALWAYS had the very best experience with Shane Co. Managers Meghan and Stefanie make the experience more than blissful. I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet that was too large. They made me a custom earring set out of the unused diamonds!!! Who could ask for more? Ten Stars (if I could)

I took my engagement and wedding ring in to Shane for clean, polish and rodium. I try to get it done once a year. They did such a great job as usual. Someone noticed how sparkly my diamond was and asked me if I just got married. I have actually been married 15 years, but rings look new again!!
