Mary Lou Hulseman, MD

Dr. Hulseman is treating my teen-aged son who has autism. I am extremely impressed by her knowledge about regular medicine and supplements, as well as diet and nutritional approaches, to address the many gut issues and other physical problems often experienced by people on The Spectrum. She is constantly learning and stays up to date. She provides a detailed written summary and instructions after each visit. She answers emailed questions between visits. She is kind and caring and takes the time to really listen. And her nurse and others in the practice are also top-notch. I am so happy my friend recommended her to me.

We finally feel heard and understood by a doctor! What's extra important to note is Dr. Hulseman helped her own autistic daughter gain a fuller life, so she has personal experience.

She is a wonderful doctor. She has helped our autistic son a lot. She takes time to address all of my questions, and she doesn't just treat the symptoms, but tries to find the root cause.
