Continuously on hold and then they hang up on you. You repeat and you have the same thing happen. About 20 minutes each time. Office is not open at all. How in the world can we get any help???

First of all why does it say it is open? if it is not.. Second of all when calling the 1-866 number it says its open by appointment ONLY! I asked for an appointment and a very rude guy Antonio Chavez he's yelled was his name said it is not open for appointment. Not for what I needed. I asked why does it say so then by appointment. He hung up on me. I called about 4 times and he kept yelling and hanging up.

I feel like im in a fever dream dealing with these people. going here ruined my day

If thefe were a way to put 0 stars I would. Really ... four month for an appointment?

From the security guard to the staff I found everyone to be helpful and courteous. The wait was about an hour but everything seems to run efficiently.
