Santa Fe Trails Bus System

The bus driver who drives bus 1506 is really rude and disrespectful to the people getting on the bus and shouldn't be driving the bus for the city giving people attitude

These bus drivers can be sweet but they can be mean. Their schedule says one thing and the drivers take their time and have plenty of excuses why they are slow. Please have your bus drivers be on time.

Again, the complacency of the Santa Fe trails system left me scrambling to find a hidden bus stop. The map for route 5 shows a stop almost at 5 blocks from the actual stop. Stop #5 towards the downtown transit, Camino Alire @ paseo de la conquistadors IB is labeled Camino Alire @ Avis fria. Really?

Taking the bus to work is possibly detrimental to your lively hood. Some drivers are very professional and will have order over there routes. Where as others seem utterly clueless and very recklessly unsafe. They don't know they're stops and get really aggressive if you call them on it. My most recent ride getting to the stop on the route 2 the bus driver had the bus full At least 10-15 people over capacity due to the previous bus not showing up. The driver then had to go past 3-5 stops not letting anyone in only out. One wannabe passenger dressed for work probably at a restaurant, punched the window due to the rude driver. After that the bus being half full again the driver forced everyone off the bus at McDonald's so that they could skip the remaining stops and "catch - up on they're route". Mind you I also heard them lie to they're boss over the radio about how many stops they skipped. All n all I was late 30 mins to work after giving myself an hour and thirty mins to get breakfast and get to work early at a new job. This bus system is an absolute horrid joke and abundantly broken.

Rides are great and most of the drivers are wonderful. Some of the drivers can be really rude and self-conceded sometimes. Like one time I was getting on the bus and the driver wouldn't open the door for a while and when they did they closed it on me. Otherwise, buses are great.
