Kim did such a great job for us! I'm a good planner and I would never pay for someone to do it but the thought of someone doing the trip planning for me during our home move was appealing. Great decision! She saved me so much time without overwhelming me and saved me money on top of that! We decided to extend an extra night at the Yacht Club and she was able to get us a lower price than the front desk would give us or than we could find online. She took care of coordinating with front desk so we could stay in same room and changing our Magic Express reservations. Gave us good recommendations, lots of great tips, etc. Would definitely use her again in a heartbeat! Super responsive as well!

My family planned two cruises through Be Our Guest Vacations. Both times we received excellent planning assistance from Sara. The itinerary and special touches made both cruises extraordinary. It was 8 days in Disney World followed by 8 days on a Disney Cruise and sprinkled with many surprises. It became a beast too overwhelming for me to handle on my own. I needed help. I have used other authorized Disney travel agencies in the past and Be Our Guest Vacations provides the best service! Our agent Sara is so much fun to work with. It was obvious she really cares about our vacations. She helped us pick the best cruise for our family. She actually convinced us to pick a cheaper stateroom than we had planned. At that moment, I realized she truly offers honest advice and isn't just trying to up-sell her clients! We loved our Disney Cruise and are trying to save money to go on one again. For now, we are headed back to WDW and Sara is doing an amazing job planning that trip, too!
