Springfield Municipal Court

Municple court clerk decided that a marijuana violation (from a few months before it became legal, where a Springfield Race Soldier planted a nug of weed in my car to validate pulling me over) should be put in with my driving violations from years earlier, when I went in to speak with a judge to get them placed on a payment plan. On top of that, the Springfield Municipal Court is actively working with Professional Credit Services in order to keep screwing citizens over after having paid off any fines that one might have.

It didn't take long

Hope you have bail money or you will sit for at least 20 days before seeing a judge and then only to have your bail reduced. People charged with a Felony are released with in hours of being booked into Lane County jail, misdemeanor charge in Springfield your looking at 1500. Bail or you sit.
