Hello. I had such a great experience at the Santa Fe location on St. Michaels Drive. Jackie, Beverly, and Yunkan were so helpful, very efficient, and kind as well. In light of the pressures that have fallen on them with the lines of people, appointments unavailable until first of the year, the pressure on them is tremendous but each of these individuals handled it with so much grace and hard work. I was another of the people who needed extra care because I been having trouble getting in bc I work the same hours as MVD‘a hours, and I work Saturdays second job. So, thank you very much. The people there are nice and patient. The appointment system is works well, despite it being frustrating at times, but it's not their fault. Very respectful and responsive, and really make you feel like anyone can go, because they can. Highly recommend them

Was an easy experience although the wait took a while. After the wait the staff was quick and courteous and got me finished in a few minutes.

I scheduled an appointment online and was seen by a great lady upon arrival. My wait was minimal and the staff at the St Michaels location was great. I was able to get my license done in less than 30 minutes. Awesome experience.

Went to register my SUV staff was nice. I forgot some documents 🤦 and they let me come back same day with with little wait time. By time I went back maybe a hr later the line was almost gone! Amazing management and crew!
