IMG is a fantastic company to work for! The educational opportunities they provide for their employees is outstanding, as is the ability to grow. I started off working in dietary when I was in high school, became a marketing director right out of college, and I am now an Administrator with this group. They truly value each employee and each Resident. “Residents First, Employees Always” isn’t just their mission, not just their value, it’s their way of life.

IMG may be a great place to work for in larger cities...but they really don't care about their smaller facilities. Run down, don't pay their charge accounts in a timely manner, and definitely don't care for their employees!!

I was nervous about coming on board with IDE Management because I had no prior experience in the health care field. I was welcomed and guided through my position by a wonderful team. I work with some of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and most caring people I have ever met. My job is very rewarding, and not to mention fun! I am learning everyday! I love what I do here and I intend to be with IDE Management for a very long time.

I have worked for IMG since 2011. My position has evolved from entry level to management. They offer great benefits; such as vacation, sick, medical, dental, and vision. IMG encourages continued education and training. The regional teams are knowledgeable and helpful, you always have support. There's longevity in the front line staff and management in all departments. IMG encourages staff to have fun. Every day is different. What remains the same is the teamwork and love for the residents.
