Kroger Pharmacy

This is my preferred pharmacy and I usually have a pleasant experience but today I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to pay for my prescription. A 20 minute wait is beyond ridiculous. I’m not blaming the sole employee who was cashing out customers but rather the company for not ensuring the pharmacy is well staffed to accommodate busy times of the day. There is more than one register at the pharmacy so there should be a second tech helping customers especially when there are over 10 people in line like there was today. I will gladly transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that has never made me wait more than 5 minutes if I have to wait in line at Kroger for over 20 minutes again. The long wait time shows there is little respect for customers personal time as many of us live busy lives

I called in my medicine in on a Sunday night they said it would be ready Monday so I go to pick it up Monday evening @ 5 pm and it still wasn’t ready!!nThey have these young kids in there telling customers wrong information, I had already spoken with the pharmacist, herself. Yes I’ll believe the pharmacist but young girl wanted to say I didn’t call for my refill, and she had an attitude, very rude!!

Having a terrible day, my whole family is sick, and even over something so little the guy at the pharmacy is super helpful. Something that I think most reps would drop in a bag and go, he showed he truly cared and if it's not just his natural Care then the management here is doing their job as well. Anyway, friendly staff, great service. Keep up the good work!

The pharmacy employees here are rock stars! They saved my life today by running an emergency refill when I lost my heart meds. I was fully ready to pay out of pocket, but the pharmacist was able to run an emergency refill through my insurance. I didn't even know that was a thing. (She did say it isn't always a given, and insurance may have restrictions. So fair warning) Every time I come to this pharmacy, the technicians and pharmacists are courteous, efficient, and willing to answer questions. I have transferred all of my prescriptions here, because they are so nice. Thanks folks!
