First off to start off I think the mission they have to help the community and the fore department is just an amazing staple of business giving back. Now to my experience at this location. I think that the food priced the way it is the quality should be number one. As you can see the sandwich sub i got was the Large Smokehouse Brisket, this sandwich was one that I had big hopes for. The brisket was ok and I'm saying that because the flavor was not there and the smoke was in it. The chili was another story as seen in the picture, why would that bowl be half full? Why would they scrape the last bit out of the bag and only give you the small amount for the large price? Theses are the questions that ran through my mind when my father got all the way home to find that the picture was what he got. I believe that this place is still an excellent place to go but confirm your food is right before you leave. I hope this helps.

Food- 5 starsnThis restaurant- 1 starnThe food here is always good. I do think it's slowly getting worse though. It's just not up to the same standards it used to be at.nThe staff seems to be upset every time I come in. I don't get the sense they are upset with me; I get the sense they are upset with each other, the management, and that they don't enjoy working here.nThis reflects into the atmosphere here. There always seems to be something leaking here; the ceiling, the Coke machine... The music is rarely on when I've been here and that makes it seem very cold and dead here.nAlso, during my last visit, a patron was not wearing a mask during any part of his time inside. Nobody who should enforce the posted requirements of this restaurant did a single thing about it. Nor did they do a solitary thing about him playing his music on his phone a full volume. Which, I didn't mind too much because if actually gave some character to the dining room since whoever should have, never turned on the canned music that is normally playing.nIf there were another Firehouse Subs within 2x the distance as this, I'd go there instead. If it were not for it's proximity to where I live, I'd not be back.

I really wish to the founders would come down and look at this I don't think they'd be very happy.nnUpdate August 13th 2020nreally wish the founders would look into this there were 8 patrons with no masks on, half of the staff spend halg of the time with their masks off. The manager was walking around wit a clip board but failed to correct the problem. I guess the governors mandate does not apply here. It also took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches prepared. 6 people working. No customers. I will no longer go to this location.
