I've only been to this place once and I'm not sure if it's a franchise or not but I definitely give it 5 stars. pizza was amazing. great crust, really good toppings, service excellent, fairly priced
Hot box is awesome, some of the best breadsticks around, sometimes a bit salty but that's easily fixed , just brush it off. slightly spicy dipping cheese, same for the pepperoni pizza, the service is always exceptional, polite and helpful when I get either a small order or big order. They are great
I ended up at Hot Box Pizza because the place I wanted to go was too crowded. So glad I did! The staff is awesome! The pizza was really good. We had a pepperoni pizza and a Popeye pizza with bacon and spinach. So good! I highly recommend it. I love supporting local businesses.
entire takeout experience was painful. online said my order should be done in 20 minutes. i waited, expecting a call and never got one. after 35 minutes i rang them instead, for them to tell me it'd be ready in 20. i waited almost 40 minutes to call them again for them to now tell me that the pizza had been sitting out for an hour and they were going to remake it fresh.nn20 More minutes, and the pizza wasn't even worth the wait. at least the cups are cute.
Love this pizza especially the stix. It is a bit expensive but it's so delicious I don't care. Worth it.
