The subs are enjoyable and have a good flavor, love the bread but the fact that cheese don't come on 99% of the subs and cost an extra dollar makes it hard to not bring the rating down yet another star. They don't really stack the sub with meat, its a very thin single layer folded in half. It could be better.
If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I place a order it takes over 30 min to receive my food and they’re across the street. Makes no sense. One day it took over a hour and when i called they said it was just being sent then the driver left my food on the first floor with someone in a different office. I was told i would be refunded and never was. They have totally lost my business
Fresh made bread. Freaky fast service. Tasty sandwiches.
I'm two miles from the store. An hour and 45 minutes for delivery...nobody could notify me it wouldn't be the typical 20-30 minute delivery. I was asked to come pick it up. I ordered for delivery because I'm at work and unable to pick it up. I'll find a new place to order from.
This Jimmy John's is one of the worst in the city when it comes to placing online orders. Staff doesn't designate which sandwich is which when picking up and doesn't read all directions when preparing orders. Sandwiches that were supposed to be cut in half weren't and on more than one occasion, items that were supposed to be left out were left on sandwich. Service is alright when ordering in the store but don't try to order anything complicated unless you're prepared for disappointment.
