Dr. Rhonda Goul has been my Doctor for 10 years. AMAZING doesn’t begin to describe her, she has listened when other doctors wouldn’t and she always makes me feel special and very well cared for. In the world of medicine or just people in general it is hard to find someone with that special quality. She has one of the kindest hearts and it shows. I even pay more to have her as my doctor because no one else comes close to being half as good as she is.

Dr Goul has been our physician for many year now and we even went after we moved to Fishers. We are always happy with how she handles each issue and how she takes care of us. The only issues we've ever had are with the reception staff. Over the last 10 years, most of the front desk staff has not displayed outstanding customer service. The front desk staff is almost always rude and in a hurry on the phone and in person , doesn't even let me finish stating my problem. This has been a problem with several of the front desk staff members. Compared to other medical offices, they do not take pride in outstanding customer service or making you feel welcome. Called and left a message about getting release forms emailed to us or mailed to us and nobody ever got back with me. With all the medical offices to chose from, we will certainly find another doctor closer to home with a more welcoming front office staff.
