The Little Clinic

I found the staff rude and short with me. I stayed polite. I came in for a covid test was told 1st to swab my nose then was handed a form about being billed $200. I was told nothing of billing before hand. I declined any further service the lady snatched the form out of my hand fast and walked away. Week later I get emails they ran the test any way and I need to call. I called and was told your insurance would cover the $200 cost and she gave me my diagnosis. Today I got a bill from Little Clinic telling me I owe $79. I'm livid, this from start to finish was handled poorly. I will not be using them ever again. My family will steer clear of this place.

I came at the wrong time, 1:15 pm on Sunday. Their lunch time is 1:30 - 2 on weekends so by the time the clinic lady came out at 1:29, she said that I have to wait until 2:15 as they have a lunch until 2 and they have an appointment at 2.nnOkay fine. I meander around and get back to the waiting area at 2:10. There are about 3 groups of people now. The clinic lady calls me up to get my information and I sit back down. By the time I sit, all 3 groups of people have entered the rooms to see the patients. I get one group for the appointment at 2, (though shouldn't they have gone in at 2 or did they take a long lunch and started late?)nnIt's 2:50 now, no word from the clinic lady as to my status. I should've just stayed home and rested. Absolutely ridiculous that their operation and their communication are so horrible. Next time I'm going to CVS.

I love the NP here! I’ve had to come in a couple of times this last year for various reasons and she remembered me each time. It’s nice to have a real conversation with your provider and to feel like they actually care. Quick, friendly, and efficient!

I brought my son here yesterday for a horrible cough. The regular dr wasn't in and there was a different dr there. The only thing she did was take his temperature and weight. I could have done that myself. She didn't look in his nose, throat ears or even listen to his breathing. It was a waste of time! She didn't even know of a cough syrup to give him. She told me I would have to ask the pharmacy. I should have went somewhere else. I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

I've always received great care for myself and son here. Yes it can be slow but it is way quicker then a urgent care!
