Best In Sight Eye Care - Indianapolis

I would have given a five star if their prices were more attractive. The doctor and staff get five stars. The cost is equally high as compared to its competitors, so I do have very good feelings about this business. The place is very inviting, comfortable, friendly, and they do not pressure the sale. I only wish I could find an affordable solution for vision care. ALL of these places charge a fortune for glasses/lenses. I guess they must charge this to cover their business expenses. I totally understand it’s not cheap to be in business.

Best In Sight Eye Care is outta sight! Love everything about the place. Everyone is caring, kind, knowledgeable and informative. Everything you need in eye care professionals. Last year my new glasses and I didn't get along well at first. Best in Sight made everything right and solved my issues with the glasses. This year we will resolve my old dry eye issues I am confident. They go above and beyond for me and I am very appreciative. Dr. Rich is truly one of the best!

This was my first visit. All of the staff I encountered were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I have 2 insurance options and they worked out the glasses/contacts purchases to benefit me best. Time and care was taken in selection of my glasses and also the explanation of all the different tests was much appreciated. My husband and I were referred by a friend, Dawn Standcombe and we are impressed and happy with the choice to change to Dr. Rich. I went to my previous eye doctor for over 20 years.

Dr. Rich and ALL of the staff are terrific. They know what they are doing and take great care of their patients. They also have yummy chocolate chip cookies in the waiting area!!

The staff was great! It was my first time there. Doctor Heidi Rich was who I saw, and she gave good tips about contact lens use and was very cordial overall. Everyone was nice and I left with a good experience.
