I had the displeasure of speaking with this doctor while he was on call for my family physician. I was calling regarding my toddler with a very real issue. It took him 90 minutes to call back, I had to call the medical exchange 3 times, when he did finally call me he was anything but pleasant. He sounded half asleep and annoyed, and spoke to me as I was ignorant. I understand bring on call is not what doctors dream of, but it is part of your job description. I hope I never have to cross paths with this man again.

Dr. Ruley and his staff are some of the nicest and understanding people I have ever been referred to in my life. Dr. Ruley has a real great bedside attitude I've seen in a long time. You have questions or concerns they will listen. Thanks Misty, Theresa, Kelly, Mrs. Kathy, and Dr. Ruley

Big fans of Dr. Ruley and his staff. My daughters have been seeing him for about 7 years now and when my son was born in 2011, I didn't go with a Pediatrician and instead asked Dr. Ruley to be his doctor. I jumped on board and he became my doctor recently as well. He is an A-1 doctor with an exceptional staff behind him. Looking forward to a lot more years under his care.

He has been our family dr for many years. He took amazing care of my mom.
