Not my experience but watched on Facebook live, one of the team members saying some extremely racist things to a friend of mine and her sister. This is extremely horrible especially with what is going on. It’s the employee that is older, she has really long hair. Her hair was covering her name tag so I couldn’t get it but I have screenshots

Mr. Mark Birch has been servicing me for the last year and a half at 5960 E Thompson Rd, Indianapolis IN, and has been an influence on his place of work, that I as a manager would love to have him as an employee doing the same for me.nIn my personal opinion mr. Mark Birch is a very valuable asset to any company that he chooses to work for and should be compensated for the dedication he has for his occupation.nMr. Mark Birch I believe is invaluable, as he is always bringing in New clientele and improving the overall perspective of customer brand conducted at his location.nIn summary,I as a support manager at a major retail company, I would love to hire mr. I go here every day before work and it’s hell. At any given time there are at least 4 employees (and I am in the store usually at 7:40am before work M-F) and somehow they choose to keep only one register open and going. While the other three either mosey around behind the counter talking or stocking, the line today was almost 10 people. The girl on the register clearly was new. The credit card readers are trash and never work, and today they were forcing people to use debit instead of credit because “they gotta come fix em again”. Hope you all know your PIN number! The store is dirty and there was trash and containers for stocking everywhere, which would make sense to do at night so your morning rush would be clean and fast. Not here. I would avoid it and I’m honestly about to start going to Speedway across the street. The only plus was the doughnuts here, but the hassle of poor management is getting to be not worth it. Get it together guys!
