Absolutely horrible! They made a billing mistake and now I missed a dose of my medication because they are saying it is too soon to fill. This medication is over $5,000 per month and that is fraud if my insurance is billed and I never received the injection. Every time I call I have to explain the situation to a new employee and wait on hold. No one would give me a number for the supposed escalation specialist. Most customer service people were kind and polite but it is their mistake and no one should have to go through this especially when you are suffering. If I could go to my normal pharmacy I would but this is the stuff I have to deal with.

Not a good company. Cannot fulfill customer needs. Very frustrating to deal with.

I feel like thats 1 of the shadiest companies ive ever came across. They lie, i feel like they rip ppl off by paying them wrong pay but making checkstubs impossible 2 figure out. None of the people that r supervisors stand behind their jobs or care at all about the patients. And then they figure out how 2 fire ppl so that they dont qualify 4 unemployment. Ive never seen anything like it. Its disgusting

My insurance switched to Accredo and I can see why they are horrible about filling scripts I have a shot that I need every 3 months and they never send it without me calling and arguing with them for a month if i call before to make sure it will arrive on time they tell me they cant do anything until it reaches 3 months then when it reaches 3 months its a battle and then once they figure out the issue on there end they tell me the script needs called in NEVER had this issue with BioPlus I am on the phone with them again today and fighting with them and now for the fourth time I will be giving them my name address DOB zip code yadda yadda dont bother putting that info in the automated system they are going to make you repeat it anyway IF i COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR i WOULD
