Nova Medical Centers

I came in for a drug screen with one person in the waiting room. I thought it would be a quick visit. The receptionist was on the phone for 45 minutes straight while I waited for over an hour. No sense of consideration for their clients. They apparently don't take clients in the order they came in. Seven people came in after me and were seen first.

The facility has posted on the door and online that they open at 8:30am and we waited till 841am for someone to finally pull in and unlock the doors. Overall very frustrating especially with people who are expecting to be able to go in and being their paperwork and services at 8:30am. Definitely set back to our morning. Staff didn’t look prepared at all.

Been sitting for almost an hour waiting to take a pre employment drug test. Can hear laughing and joking in back room. So after 1 hour 25 minutes I was allowed to take test. Good thing was getting ready to leave and go to gas station mens room.
